It came naturally to us. One thing brought the other one and now we sleep together all night with some boob here and there. He is 8 months now only breastfeeding at night and morning and any time in between if he wants.
This was the only way I found so we could sleep better and actually get some hours of solid rest. Plus is the must amorous thing In the world.

My baby starting at 2 months old would sleep through the night. His last feeding would be around 10pm and he slept until 6 or 7 am. I remember feeling terrible that I wouldn’t feed him in so long but my husband reminded me that if he were hungry he would wake up and let us know. As 3 1/2 months old now he’s starting to get ready for bed earlier at around 6 or 7 pm. I feel bad going to bed at 10 or 11 and him still asleep and havent eaten so I fix him a bottle and give it to him before I go to bed. He usually is half asleep drinking it, i still burp him like normal sometimes he burps right away other times it takes a while. But he usually passed out instantly after laying him back down. And will stay asleep until 5am or even later! Interesting read thanks!

He goes to bed around half 9, 10 o’clock and I give him a dream feed around 1.30-2 am to make see he is sure to sleep until around 8, otherwise he can be up multiple times during the night, top fussy to take a full bottle or just just playing with it. My host family have now started doing dream feeds when I don’t have the baby and his quality of sleep is improving, he is less fussy in the morning and is generally just easier through the day!
