Hi Gabriella,
Thank you for visiting The Baby Sleep Site! There are many methods of sleep coaching that you can use to help your baby learn to sleep independently once she’s about 4 months-old or older. We have an article series on some popular methods here: https://www.babysleepsite.com/sleep-training/sleep-training-from-no-cry-to-cry-series-part-1/

For newborn babies, we do *not* recommend formal sleep training, as they are not ready to sleep without help. We do have an article with tips for newborn sleep here: https://www.babysleepsite.com/schedules/newborn-sleep-feeding-schedule/

I hope this helps! Good luck!

It is supposed to help your newborn to get on the right schedule when it comes to sleeping. I want to know if anyone has heard about this.
