You might be interested in Dr Wei’s “milk and cookie disease”. This pediatric ENT says food timing can affect general health and therefore sleep, a slightly different perspective from the one in this article, but complementary I think 🙂

Thanks to the BSS my 2.5yo son is, if not awesome, at least an okay sleeper. I might have to go for a personalised plan rather than a subscription if I want to get to the next level 😉
