@ Tracey – Honestly, because your baby is so young, I would not worry too much about nap schedules or sleep associations. It does sound to me, though, like you are feeding her until she is drowsy, but not totally asleep, which is a good thing! This is a great way to start building healthy sleep habits.

As for the nap schedule: you are right, that she is probably ready for a new schedule now. Have you tried looking @ the 3 month schedule yet? You can find it here: https://www.babysleepsite.com/tag/sample-3-month-old-schedule/

Hope this helps! Good luck to you, Tracey 🙂

I didn’t have a routine before but we sort of have one now with nights. If I am feeding her last feed on my breast at around 10/10:30 and she’s drowsy but still ‘awake’ is that a bad association with feeding her to sleep? I used to feed her to sleep when she was much younger but not any more. Can you give some advice? I follow your schedule up to the newborn schedule but she now sleeps from 10:30/11 until 6:30/7am. It’s like she’s somewhere between a new schedule, should I let her guide the way after this?
